Mortgage / Customer Service Consultant – Hybrid – Up to £26,500

Are you experienced in financial services and ready for your next step? Our client in Wimborne is looking for a Mortgage / Customer Service Consultant to provide excellent customer support and essential administrative assistance within a busy and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Support customers with online services and enquiries
  • Handle telephone and face-to-face queries, delivering a high standard of service
  • Produce reports and assist the retention team
  • Identify and suggest process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with FCA and PRA requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven administrative and customer service experience
  • Good IT skills, including Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of mortgage or savings products advantageous
  • Previous experience within financial services
  • CeMAP qualification would be desirable
