Give a potted history of your career to date.
I worked initially as a business travel consultant for 5 years travelling around the UK and Scotland providing support to a range of companies such as IBM, BBC and Kodak. After 9/11, the travel industry was hit hard and so I decided to fulfil my dream of travelling the world. The plan was to do this for a year, but I discovered my love for adventure and didn’t come back to the UK for another 2 years. I then combined my love of travel and the need to buy my first property by getting a job in the city as a travel recruiter. I did that for 3 years before moving to Dorset in 2007 and working in temporary commercial recruitment.
