Outstanding leaders lead high-performing teams, embrace diversity and personify self-awareness… want to know how?

Back in June you may remember our HR & Leadership Professionals Seminar, hosted at AFC Bournemouth, Vitality Stadium. The highly anticipated session was a great success and brilliantly received by everyone who attended.

The Colour Works’ own James Hampton brought us an interactive morning of learning. A two-hour masterclass that investigated what moves teams and leaders from ‘good’ to ‘outstanding’,  how behavioural diversity adds essential strength to a team but can also pull it apart, and what role trust, honesty and emotional intelligence play in allowing a team to achieve more than the sum of its parts.

Watch our video below to find out why The Colour Works are internationally-renowned leadership specialists and how they transform performance in individuals, teams and organisations through an accessible, game-changing colour model of behaviour and personality profile…

The feedback from the team and the HR & leadership professionals who attended was massively positive; Claire Bond, Director at Bond Williams said:

“A big part of what comes out of these types of events is the tangible benefits that you can document and take away. Creating and realising the steps you can take to improve yourself and how you work with others makes you think about bigger and better ambitions as a team. We would like to thank James for a great session and we look forward to our next NLP event with Dee Clayton on 13th September.”

The June event was one of Bond Williams’ quarterly 2 hour HR Seminars and workshops held at AFC Bournemouth exclusively for HR professionals. Our specialist guest speakers who join us for the sessions and the engaging and interactive environment regularly attracts a number of HR professionals, making this a fantastic opportunity to network with peers.
