Today saw the final Seminar of the year for HR professionals from Bond Williams Professional Recruitment take place at AFC Bournemouth.

In today’s ever-changing globalised environment Companies are constantly asking themselves how they can remain competitive, effective and relevant. These shifts in strategies often call for a new Organisation Design and HR professionals are being called on to drive this change. Organisation Design and Change Management skills have never been more needed by or relevant to HR professionals and our seminar aimed to make these skills more accessible within a professional environment.

The seminar today was focused on revealing that there is nothing mysterious or magical about design and change, but that there is a methodology and process that we can all use.

Our presenter, Emma Calvert has nearly 20 years’ HR experience working in the Financial Services industry in the City of London. For much of that time, Emma has been focused on change and transformational work including acquisitions, offshoring, TUPE, entries into new countries and restructuring. One of Emma’s more recent roles was creating and building an organisation design centre of excellence for a large US headquarter bank.
