Today’s HR Seminar: Six Stages to Team Transformation with The Colour Works

Today we held our latest Bond Williams Seminar; ‘Six Stages to Team Transformation”, hosted at AFC Bournemouth with James Hampton from The Colour Works. This highly anticipated session was a great success and brilliantly received by everyone who attended.
The Colour Works’ own James Hampton brought us an interactive morning of learning. A two-hour masterclass that investigated what moves teams and leaders from ‘good’ to ‘outstanding’, how behavioural diversity adds essential strength to a team but can also pull it apart, and what role trust, honesty and emotional intelligence play in allowing a team to achieve more than the sum of its parts.
In the interactive masterclass attendees were walked through the six stages of team transformation which enabled them to:
• Identify their own personality traits and working style
• Understand the impact their behaviour has on others through the Insights Discovery colour model
• Know how to assess, benchmark and action plan output through the Team Performance Indicator
• Know the importance of feedback and be introduced to various 360 reports
• Be able to plan and review a team’s development by using the six stages.
