Time-pressured HR professionals keep up with ever-evolving practices at Bond Williams’ latest seminar
This morning saw our greatly anticipated seminar on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) for HR professionals take place at Meon Valley Hotel & Country Club in Southampton in partnership with Dee Clayton. Dee is a communication skills trainer who is passionate about using NLP to help develop herself and those around her. She has a multi-award winning business; Simply Amazing Training which is based on bringing practical business NLP to companies and professionals in a simple, effective and fun way.
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a collection of techniques that enable you to use your brain in a more helpful way in regards to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy. It is an ever more popular practice but because of the hundreds of different elements which can develop all the time and the often confusing acronyms and terminology it’s not always easy for time-pressured HR professionals to keep up with the ever-evolving practices.
The workshop today was designed for the curious “NLP newbie” and practitioners who needed a refresh or are simply interested in learning how NLP can help them develop techniques to use within their own teams. The aim of the morning was to cut through the NLP clutter, answer any NLP questions and give a flavour of some of some simple and effective techniques you can use.
