We are delighted to share the news that Suzanne Sherriff has been shortlisted as a finalist in the category of Temporary Consultant of the Year in the prestigious IRP Awards for 2015.
The IRP (Institute of Recruitment Professionals) Awards are the only recruitment sector awards hosted and awarded by REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation). They were created to honour and recognise the achievements of both individual recruiters and recruitment companies. The Awards are unique in raising awareness of the exceptional work of individual recruiters and the profession as a whole, producing positive role models whose candidate and client care sets the bar for all recruitment professionals and businesses to aspire to.
Bond Williams are delighted to have been selected as a finalist in the best company to work for category (up to 20 employees). This recognition of Suzanne’s exceptional work with temporary workers and clients who need short term or contract staff, is a huge achievement. The whole team are immensely proud of her as a Consultant and elated that she has been recognised at a national level for the best quality service that she provides.
Rob Bond, Director, comments “Suzanne has worked for us for over five years and during that time she has proven herself to be one of the best temporary consultants I have known. Her qualities are a rare combination of a desire for success for not only herself but also for her clients and candidates and she therefore ensures that they are getting the best possible service. She places with a very big emphasis on delivery and accountability and never wants to give up on filling a role for her clients when they are in need of skilled resource. She mostly operates within unreasonably tight timelines and manages to remain calm and positive. We are delighted for her to be recognised in this way.”
The IRP Awards will take place at the prestigious London venue, the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel in London on 9 December 2015, where the winners will be revealed.
