Underwriting Administrator – Salary circa £20,000 – Wimborne
Professional, enthusiastic, friendly Underwriting Administrator required to join a well established company based in Wimborne. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration support to the Underwriting Team.
Providing Administration support to the Underwriting Team.
Loading cases and mainiting the CRM system.
Instructing mortgage valuations and packaging mortgage offers.
Dealing with all general application queries from both customers and brokers.
Taking and processing mortgage payments for customers.
Producing and sending letters.
Dealing with unpaid direct debits.
Preparing documentation for the team.
Production of monthly reports.
Skills and Requirements:
Confident, professional and engaging telephone manner
Capability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent customer service levels with a flexible and positive “can do” attitude and personality
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications(particularly Word, Excel)
