Technical Document Controller – Competitive Salary – Poole
Technical Document Controller required to join our client; a well-established company based in Poole. Taking ownership of the document control function, delivering new ideas to streamline processes and creating compliant project document protocols. Manage and coordinate all project systems through the receipt of and checking or downloading client information and distributing to the appropriate team members in a suitable timeframe.
Anticipate and be proactive in obtaining project specific documents, interpret and clearly disseminate information to the project team. Actively enforce procedures ensuring all documents created and received have the correct naming convention in line with the individual project document protocols.
Responsible for administering all Purchase Requisitions raised on Projects, distribute and seek approval for invoices in good time and push through the system for sign off/approval.
Effective management of all order values on projects are cross checked, recorded accurately and logged in a timely manner.
Operate in line with the agreed functioning systems.
General office administration and other tasks as required.
Skills and Experience:
Experience within an Engineering/Construction/Manufacturing environment.
Ability to understand technologies and processes to produce technological solutions which provides business efficiencies.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent PC skills including all Microsoft Office Applications.
