Team Leader – Salary of £21,000 plus Bonus – Poole
Team Leader required to join our client, a prestigious and growing company based in Poole. You will be Team leader for a Customer Services Team based within the company. The successful candidate will be supporting the management of the team, making sure customer orders are processed and build report with existing clients.
Day to day management of the customer service function within the B2B contact centre.
Lead a high performing team of Service agents through an effective performance management process.
Ensure all post sale queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure the team are always up to date with all supplier/product changes, promos and propositions.
Design, build and develop the most efficient business process to perform world class post-sale support.
Ensure all direct customer contact is recorded promptly and accurately on the company’s system.
Provide a proactive customer service for high volume and high value customers to ensure maximum satisfaction at all times; resolving issues in these accounts as a priority with discretion assured for all key accounts.
Work to identify any ineffective processes and apply corrective action; completing governance and compliance, identifying risks to the business and the actions to mitigate this risk.
Skills and Requirements:
Strong customer service experience
Previous Senior or Team Leader experience.
High attention to detail.

Hours are Monday to Friday (9am – 6am)
