Tax & Administration Assistant – Bournemouth – £14-16K + bonus
Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting a Tax & Administration Assistant for a dynamic and rapidly growing, professional accountancy firm based in Bournemouth. They are a technology driven firm specialising in the provision of accountancy, taxation and company advice to limited company contractors.
You would provide support to Client/Personal Accountants who are managing a portfolio of up to around 250 clients. You will assist with setting up new clients and ensuring their compliance with anti money laundering regulations, preparation, issue and review of bank applications, visa/employment/mortgage references, dealing with HMRC/companies House correspondence, registration and deregistration for VAT, reporting expenses, P11D compilation, self assessment tax returns, PAYE scheme set up, starters/leavers process, salary and tax code updates.
You don’t need to have experience to be successful in this role. You just need to have good academic results and an interest and enthusiasm in pursuing an accountancy career. Full training will be provided on the procedures and systems used in the job. In return, you will be working with a lively and friendly team in modern offices. 23 days holiday and pension offered, together with study support for AAT/ATT.
