Specialised Customer Service Advisor -£19.5k-£21k- Bournemouth
Supportive, friendly, professional Specialised Customer Service Advisor required to join our award-winning client. Providing first class customer service, taking inbound calls from customers and supporting them through their queries, this is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a growing company with plenty of career progression.
Provide professional, efficient, courteous support to members.
Liaise with clinical members of staff to best support customers.
Be resilient to sensitive and emotional situations while discussing medical conditions with customers.
Effectively manage time to ensure customers are getting the best possible outcomes.
Be naturally empathetic and warming towards customers when talking through their medical conditions and treatments.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Previous customer service experience preferably in a contact centre environment.
Naturally warming and empathetic.
Previous Insurance or Healthcare is desirable but not essential.
Hours and Benefits:
Start Date – 24th June 2019
Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm (1 in 4 Saturday mornings 9am-1pm)
Full training given.
Quarterly bonus scheme
25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
