Our client based in Bournemouth is looking for a Scanner/Coder to join their Administration team. The main aspect of the role is to code and scan all incoming correspondence on to the required systems.
Liaising with multiple teams to ensure the relevant documents are located and processed as directed.
Sort and date stamp all incoming mail
Scan documents and code for system filing
Add additional information where necessary.
All confidential information as requested
Adhere to practice policies and procedures in line with regulations and requirements.
Attending mandatory training as identified by line manager
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with in an administrative position
Ability to communicate with all levels
The working hours for this role will equate to 20 hours per week Monday – Friday, 10am – 2pm, however they are flexible on this.
