Sales Co-ordinator – Permanent – Southampton – £22,000

Our client is based on the outskirts of Southampton, due to expansion is now looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join their existing team to support with the workload.

The role requires someone to work 35 hours per week. With parking available.

The role responsibilities will be:

  • Inputting and processing of the order through an inhouse system
  • Answering incoming calls
  • General admin duties as required
  • Assisting with the Sales Engineers

Skills required are:

  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent Customer Service experience
  • A professional telephone manner
  • Use of your own initiative
  • Good communication skills, written and oral
  • Excellent written English is a must, along with a proficient level of Word and Excel.
