A Sales & Marketing Manager is required by our prestigious client based in Blandford Forum. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a family run, fun, vibrant & busy office. Taking full responsibility for managing all marketing & P.R of the business.

Duties:

  • Use all marketing avenues (particularly social media) to improve new client acquisition
  • Actively seek opportunities to promote the business
  • Identify and manage all advertising opportunities
  • Coordinate the scheduling & management for all exhibitions
  • Regularly monitor & up-date the website page
  • Regularly monitor & review relevant industry & consumer publications to identify potential marketing opportunities & examples of best industry practice
  • Ensure full compliance with the companies branding protocols
  • Be responsible for managing, coordinating & directing the photo shoot cycle in its entirety
  • Be responsible for maximising photo shoot capacity utilisation
  • Proactively look at opportunities for maximising both client attendance & sales profit per head
  • Coordinate, develop & maintain photo shoot administration systems & procedures
  • Liaise with head office to forward plan each photo shoot year
  • Develop & maintain relationships with the photographers, dipographers & photo processing house.
  • Arrange, attend & manage all the planned photo viewings in any given year
  • Report on the photo shoot performance at monthly operational meetings
  • Ensure that all product stock levels are consistently at a level required by the Franchisee.
  • Develop & monitor seasonal product offers to maximise product sales
  • Responsible for maximising opportunities for product sales through effective consideration given to point of sales at Meet & Greets, web sales, information being supplied to customers

Person Specification:

  • Enjoys interacting with customers (excellent customer service skills)
  • Gets a buzz from having lots of different tasks to do
  • Problem solving & investigating
  • Positive emotions to customers
  • Builds rapport with customers over the phone & face to face
  • Communicate sales messages without being pushy
  • Proven experience in sales and B2C marketing
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies

Hours of work – Mon – Thu 9 – 5pm Fri 9 – 4.30pm
Occasional weekend working necessary
Plus, generous holiday allowance
