Reporting to the Director, with full accountability for the Sales of the business, the Sales Manager will be responsible for:
Developing and delivering annual sales plan
Managing, coaching and developing a small sales team
Driving change and efficiency to the sales process
Reporting on appropriate KPIs
The ideal Sales Manager will have a background in technical sales, within an engineering and/or scientific setting, possess excellent leadership skills and be confident in driving sales and winning new business for the company.
