Sales Manager required to join our client, a prestigious company based in Poole. You will be responsible for setting monthly and quarterly targets for your team, monitoring team performance and the day to day management of the sales team.
Setting the sales monthly/quarterly targets in line with budget and guidance from the Direct Sales Manager.
Distributing the sales performance among the available resource for the period.
Monitoring small business sales performance to target and reacting to individuals/teams as appropriate ensuring that coaching is given.
Introducing sales incentives where possible to enhance motivation and success.
Day to day management of the Sales Team to perform to the best of their ability.
Supporting with the recruitment, induction and training of new starters.
Oversee and monitor the flow of calls and leads into the sales teams, ensuring that initial contact is made in a timely manner and no opportunities are wasted.
Review and monitor the end to end sales process and CRM system endeavouring to provide the smoothest customer journey and most efficient internal process at all times.
Monitor sales pipelines to optimise conversion rates.
Immediately flag any major service failures identified in the normal course of duties and escalate them to senior management to apply corrective action.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Good communication skills
Hands of team management experience
Focus and attention to detail
Experience of network pricing and procedures is advantageous
Hours and Benefits:
Hours – Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm
