A Telecoms Sales Account Manager is required by a highly successful and well-established Internet Service Provider based in Dorset. Experience working for an ISP, IT or Telecoms provider with strong knowledge of telecoms products is essential.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is in the region of £30-40,000 p.a. depending on experience plus an excellent uncapped commission structure allowing you to realistically earn £60-80,000+ p.a. (or even more if you can capably close strong opportunities.) There is also the option to have a company car or car allowance option if required and the flexibility to work from home.

Benefits include 10% company bonus (on top of commission), medical insurance, generous pension contributions, half price gym membership, Perkbox discount scheme (for retail store, mobile phone insurance, etc.), and 24 days holiday plus all bank holidays.

Requirements:

The company is specifically looking for someone who is looking for an Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Sales Manager role and who has an understanding of the telecoms industry. You will need to be able to communicate well with customers of varying technical ability, in turn understanding their telephony requirements and being able to offer a suitable solution.

    • UK and International Numbering

    • Ethernet IP Connectivity

    • 21CN Broadband Products for Voice and Data (including anti-hack circuits)
    • IP Fax to Email Services
    • PSTN, ISDN2 and ISDN30 Lines
    • T38 Fax Support
    • Microsoft Lync

Duties:

The role will be a mixture of new business development and account management. It is likely that you will be in the office approximately 50% of the time and you will be at customer sites across the South West or London approximately 50% of the time. There is a telemarketing team who will support you with new customer appointments.
