Receptionist / Administrator – Salary of £25,000 – Wimborne Our client, a leading business in Wimborne are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team. You will be acting as the first point of contact both face to face and over the phone and will be empathetic and helpful to all people you interact with. Duties:
Meeting and greeting, providing excellent levels of customer service and being “the face” of the business.
Switchboard duties, including answering and transferring calls and taking messages when appropriate.
Booking and coordinating meeting rooms.
Diary management on behalf of the Directors.
Maintaining office supplies.
Administration of incoming and outgoing post, including scanning.
Providing general administrative support.
Previous administration and customer service experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Enthusiasm and team working skills.
General administration experience to include the use of Outlook.
Free parking (upon 3 month probation period)
20 days holiday, plus the Bank Holidays
