Property Management Accounts Supervisor – B’mouth – up to £30K
An experienced lettings professional with knowledge of client accounting processes is required for a newly created and exciting position within one of Bournemouth’s most well-known property management businesses to lead a team and provide support to the wider business. There are various hours and working patterns available for the right candidate.
As a Support Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of two part time support desk assistants in the timely resolution of queries and provision of first line support to multiple locations throughout the business. Responsibilities to include:
* Answering queries and providing support for the Jupix system * Supporting franchises with client accounting transactions * Reversal of transactional errors * Bank reconciliations * Balancing ledgers
This role would be well suited to an experienced property manager with a good understanding of client accounting processes who is looking to take the next step in their career. They will need to be well versed in the use of Lettings software such as Jupix, CFP Winman or Reapit and be able to provide advice and guidance to colleagues. Being able to apply knowledge of client accounting (ledgers, payments and remittances) to the resolution of queries will be vital to the success of the role. Previous supervisory experience will be advantageous but not essential.
