Personal Assistant – Salary circa £21,000 – Wareham
Personal Assistant required to join our client, a prestigious company based in Wareham. The successful candidate will have a strong PA background, be driven and take a proactive approach to their work.
Administration work in relation to recruitment processes.
Undertaking a variety of Partnership administration, such as the renewal of and review of policies.
Handle a significant workload, using your time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed to set deadlines.
Multitask when faced with the challenges and requirements of the role.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Previous legal knowledge or experience of working in a legal environment.
Knowledge of arranging meetings, agendas and minute taking.
Strong Admin and PA skills.
Strong Microsoft Office applications knowledge.
Proactive with a high degree od initiative and accountability.
Close attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Effective organisational and commination skills.
Good timekeeping and reliability.
A positive attitude and good sense of humour.
