An experienced full time Payroller is being recruited by Bond Williams Accounting & Finance for a small practice based in Wimborne.
Reporting to the Tax & Payroll Manager, you would have responsibility for processing up to c.200 client payrolls of varying sizes (weekly and monthly) using Sage Payroll, year end processing, RTI, processing deductions, raising P45s etc. You will liaise with clients to ensure information is received on a timely basis and deal with any subsequent queries.
You will need to have previous payroll experience, ideally Sage, and it would be an advantage to have gained this within a professional practice but this is not essential. However, if you don’t have the experience, the client would be willing to train and provide study support for payroll qualifications. There will be extensive liaison with the clients so you must be confident on the telephone and face to face. Friendly, growing practice, pension, parking on site.
