Part Time Business Development Executive-Circa £24k-Bournemouth
Confident, keen to learn, target driven Part Time Business Development Executive required to join our client, a well-established company based in Bournemouth. Working alongside the marketing and business development team you will be identifying new business opportunities. Effectively selling to incoming leads, answering incoming live chats and self-sourcing leads. Full training is given for the role.
Exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
Speaking to relevant B2B decision makers to discuss their potential needs and how they could benefit from your services.
Demonstrating the product to its full potential and identifying how this will be an essential tool to the customers business.
Combing knowledge with drive and a flair for strong relationship building on the phone at all levels.
Developing a strong pipeline of business.
Preparing, presenting and negotiating business proposals to clients.
Closing sales over the phone or booking further appointments with the decision makers for onsite meetings.
Exceeding the company’s sales standards around behaviours, productivity, including call volumes, meetings, quotes and order value.
Maintaining accurate records of sales processes.
Skills and Requirements:
Excellent organisational, written and oral communication skills and the ability and confidence to identify and win new business.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Previous 18 months+ B2B sales experience.
An understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM system would be beneficial.
Strong negotiation, closing and objection handlings skills.
Motivated, dynamic and self-driven.
Resilience, flexibility and willing to take on varied responsibilities.
Flexible part time hours (Salary will be pro-rata depending on hours)
