Personal Assistant / HR Administrator – London – Salary of £27,000 – £30,000 Our client, a professional and growing organisation are currently looking to recruit a Personal Assistant / HR Administrator to join their office in London. You will report directly to the Operations Director and provide comprehensive administrative support, HR Administration support and the day to day running of the office. Duties:
General office administration duties.
Providing admin support for the Operations Director and Client Services Director.
Liaison with Managing Partner’s PA regarding Senior Management team activities.
Preparing for new staff joining the team.
Delivery of new starter induction, including Health and Safety induction.
HR related administration.
Involvement in creation and improvement of HR processes to ensure compliance with Employment Laws.
Ensuring HR admin system is kept up to date and accurate.
Providing admin support for the implementation and maintenance of an Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/45001/18001).
Assist in the recruitment process.
Travel and hotel bookings.
Excellent working experience in Office Administration / PA.
Previous HR Administration experience.
Excellent communication and telephony skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Time management and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
