Operations Manager – Salary of £35,000 – £45,000 – Ringwood Our client, a company that offer bespoke tailored solutions to clients, are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join their team. This is a newly created role. This is a varied role with accountability for both the Sales Support & Business Support functions. Duties:
Lead, mentor, train and manage the sales support and business support staff to create professional, reliable, well-trained and motivated team.
Be totally responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the sales and Business Support functions by delivering exceptional customer service in line with processes and regulatory requirements.
Fully understand and review the current operational systems, make recommendations and once approved implement change.
Take responsibility for facilities and general office management.
Oversee key customer accounts.
Underwrite credit applications within agreed sanctioning limits.
Deputise for the Senior Compliance, Risk & Credit Manager, logging, monitoring and reporting on Business risks & incidents.
Quality & complaint investigation.
Proven track record in successful team management (minimum of 3 years).
Able to demonstrate strong people management skills with hands on experience in a performance management of individuals and teams.
Extensive customer service / sales support management experience.
Experience gained within a financial services organisation or knowledge and understanding of leasing or rental products.
Ideally experience of the underwriting process.
Discretionary annual bonus.
Up to 10% pension contribution.
25 days holiday, plus the Bank Holidays.
