Do you have experience of working with “cornerstone” and would like the opportunity to work for a key employer within the Poole region? If so, this reputable organisation is looking for a Learning Experience Coordinator to join on a 12-month contract.
As Learning Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all learning experience enquiries and collaborate with subject matter experts and L&D specialists to ensure a blended approach is considered when undertaking learning needs analysis. You will also be responsible for the effective operations of the Learning Management Systems (LMS) supporting development, maintenance, reporting, content management and user permission activities.
As Learning Coordinator, you will maintain and support all learning resource libraries, applications and production management systems; scheduling workflow milestones directly with relevant internal departments. You will work closely with the Competency and International teams to ensure L&D interventions deployed on the LMS are correctly mapped to competency units and underpinning learning resources. Provide recommendations on the allocation of the learning resources budget, ensuring projects, corporate subscriptions, equipment, consumables and stock levels are financially managed effectively.
