Junior Sales Executive – Salary DOE – Christchurch
Junior Sales Executive required to join our client, a prestigious company based in Christchurch. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that will nurture and grow your career prospects.
Duties: · Assist in the administrative tasks of the Sales Team (Sales Pipeline, Bid process, KPIs) · Input into and maintain data in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Tool · Monitor online sales portals for suitable opportunities · Maintain online supplier databases ensuring data is up to date · Assist in preparing for and attending client visits and trade fairs etc. · Field calls into the department and allocate to appropriate person · Provide creative & proactive support to the sales team where possible
Key Skills: · High level of Microsoft Excel experience (Sales Forecasting, VLOOKUP, Macro’s etc) · Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written) · Good standard of Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word & Outlook · Good standard of general IT Literacy including Web Portals & Social Media Platforms · Enthusiasm and a hunger to learn · Attention to detail, rigour, and high level of concentration are mandatory for this role
