IT Support Engineer required to join a Global health technology firm that provides cloud based artificial intelligence. Good opportunity to join an expanding business providing IT support to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
1st, 2nd & 3rd line service desk escalations through tickets, phone, instant message etc. Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
Carry out regular audits of processes to look for developments/improvements
Carry out/assist with audits for ISMS/Cyber Essentials/ISO27001
Liaise with internal development team and external support to resolve client issues
Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms
Support the Information Security Manager with information security implementation
Experience: Microsoft desktop operating systems (Win10)
Experience: Service Desk ticket management. Centralised management of Windows OS
Experience: Anti-Virus & Anti-Malware software
Experience: 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support
Experience: Running multiple projects
