An IT Support Analyst is required by an exciting growing business based in Wallingford. The successful candidate will be ambitious about building a career in IT and ideally already have some relevant experience in a similar role, although full training will be provided.

Duties:

• Providing 1st and 2nd Line Support to a range of users, both internal and external
• Supporting Desktop, Infrastructure and Web based technologies
• Communicating effectively over phone and email
• Identifying and resolving issues to agreed SLAs, escalating if necessary

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong IT knowledge
• Ability to multi task and manage own workload
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Any knowledge or experience with Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, DNS and TCP/IP would be desirable
