IT Professional Services Engineer – Poole – £Competitve
An IT Professional Services Engineer is required by a market leading telecommunications company based in Poole, Dorset. Experience in deploying, configuring and commissioning Unified Communications applications in a customer-centric environment is required.
Please note that you must be flexible and prepared to work away from home on occasional and have a full driving license.
Deploy, commission and gain sign-off from customers
Identify and resolve issues related to implementation of software and services
Provide highly responsive customer service to maintain customer confidence
Learn, implement and teach best practices for implementations and configuration
Document solutions to common and difficult problems
Experience and thorough understanding on IT, networking, and infrastructure equipment and services
Able to configure routine and complex tasks
Experience deploying IT solutions to end users, either in SaaS or customer premise models
Able to work in a technical customer facing role
Full driving license and use of a vehicle
Must be able to pass a NPPV3 (non-police personal vetting) check
Understanding of telephony, SaaS or customer premise PBX and telephony protocols (e.g. DPNSS, QSIG or VoIP/SIP)
Understanding of data and integration principles
