IFA Administrator – Salary of £20,000 – £25,000 – Christchurch
Our client, a leading financial company are currently looking to recruit an IFA Administrator to join their expanding team.
Duties:

  • Requesting and collating policy information and letters of authority. To assist with product and fund research.
  • Processing new business, including checking and forwarding necessary forms.
  • Support the review process by liaising with the Directors, IFA’s & reception to prepare documentation ahead of the client appointment.
  • Dealing with general administration and servicing.
  • Continual maintenance of client platform accounts.
  • Obtaining new business illustrations and platform comparisons. Preparing sign up packs for advisers.
  • Completing recommendation reports.
  • Ensuring all administration and systems are maintained to meet the standards required for audit and compliance.

Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements.
  • Experience of working in a similar role.
  • Organised and used to prioritising a busy workload.
