HR Project Delivery Consultant – Southampton – £400 per day
HR Project Delivery Consultant required for a well-respected and leading organisation based in Southampton which has recently completed the design of a new corporate pay framework for approximately 1000 employees and the project is reaching implementation and delivery. This phase involves all stakeholder communications (including content development), training, framework implementation governance, reporting, and data management.
The HR Project Delivery Consultant will have the experience to manage operational delivery and governance of all elements of this project to ensure successful implementation and transition. This role will be supporting the technical project lead, who is a Reward expert, and wider project team comprising reward, HR, and communications professionals.
The successful HR Project Delivery Consultant will hold relevent CIPD and Project Management qualifications and have demonstrable knowledge and experience of the following criteria:
Implementing a large-scale technical HR/Payroll project at operational level.
Delivery focused at pace & self-sufficient
Experience of people project delivery but a doer rather than a just project support
