What you’ll be doing:
Overseeing the day to day running and delivery of the Human Resources Function, delivering Human Resources and employment related legislation in line with the strategy, policies, procedures, and processes
About the company:
Our client is a charity based in Poole who enable people to live lives with care, education and rehabilitation.
What we’re looking for:
- Knowledge of good practice relating to recruitment, retention and releasing of staff.
- An understanding of legislative requirements relevant to the post.
- Knowledge of and experience in a range of HR administrative systems.
- Ideally CIPD qualified.
Hours & Benefits:
