HR Advisor – Salary of circa £28,000 – Poole Our client, a leading company based in Poole are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join their well-established team. Working hours are either 7am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Duties:
First point of contact for all employees and management.
Dealing with employees queries with regards to all aspects of their terms of employment.
Develop employee relations and act as HR coach for line managers.
Absence monitoring and management.
Ensure the recruitment process is carried out in an organised and timely manner.
Develop, manage and monitor regular performance reviews.
3 years minimum experience working at an Advisor level.
CIPD level 5.
Excellent communication skills.
33 days holiday including Bank Holidays.
