HR Advisor – Chandlers Ford to £30k + £4.5k car allowance
Regional HR Advisor opportunity to work for an established and expanding company based from their regional office in Chandlers Ford. Working throughout the South of the country, the HR Advisor will travel throughout the region covering from South Wales to London and down to Portsmouth and Cornwall delivering a proactive and professional HR service. It is estimated that you will spend 2 days a week in the Chandlers Ford office and 3 days a week out visiting the other sites.
The HR Advisor will:
Provide ER support to managers and employees, delivering a proactive face to face HR presence.
Drive forward recruitment and selection strategies, coaching and supporting managers throughout the whole process.
Build strong relationships with managers and other stakeholders in order to implement HR policy, procedures and structure throughout the regions.
Work with managers to formulate plans to include succession planning, performance management and labour turnover.
Support on ad-hoc HR related projects as required.
The successful HR Advisor will:
Have a proven track record within a multi-site generalist HR role, including discipline and grievance, absence management, performance management and recruitment and selection.
Be CIPD qualified with an excellent understanding of employment law and its practical and commercial application.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to effectively challenge at all levels and manage multiple concurrent cases effectively
Be willing and prepared for extensive travel throughout the region which will include some overnight stays.

Salary:£28000.00 - £30000.00 per annum + Car allowance, pension, 25 days hols
