A Group Finance Manager is being recruited by Bond Williams Accounting and Finance for a manufacturing business based in the Wimborne area. The company has seen year on year growth and are excited by future plans.
Reporting to the Managing Director and with a small team reporting, you would have responsibility for finance for 2 companies with a combined turnover of approx £8m including: management accounts, cashflow, management of factored debts, budgeting, payroll, employee benefits and pension management, variance reporting, fixed assets, VAT, FX hedging and playing an active part within the management team.
You will ideally need to be CIMA/ACCA finalist or newly qualified, ideally with experience in a manufacturing business, and the ability to supervise. Strong Excel is essential, together with good interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to fast paced growth.
