German Sales Support Administrator – Salary £20k – £22k – Bournemouth
German Sales Support Administrator required to join our client; a well-established company based in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will be working closely with the sales team, communicating with customers and resolving queries. Fluent German and English is essential for the role.
Responsible for managing business customer enquiries with requests regarding quotations.
Follow-up on enquiries regarding customer orders, monitor sales and provide support to the sales team.
Provide full support to assigned customer accounts.
Assist the sales team including Sales Managers and Account Managers.
Optimise sales margins by growing existing business and seeking opportunities for new business.
Qualify and manage leads generated through various channels (Web, Tradeshows, Marketing etc).
Reporting on new and existing business using company systems including their own CRM system.
Monitor and communicate market trends and benchmark them with active customer demand trends.
Build solid relationships with current and prospective customers by providing outstanding customer support.
Provide aftersales support and address any technical customer queries.
Organise customer meetings or visits to reinforce customer relationships.
Skills and Requirements:
Fluent German and English (Written and Spoken at business level)
Experience within a Sales Support role within a commercial environment.
Hours and Benefits:
8am – 4:45pm (Monday to Thursday) 8am – 3:15pm (Friday).
25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
