German Customer Service Advisor – Bournemouth – £11 per hour

Our client based in Bournemouth is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team. The role will consist of Administration and liaising with the customers over email or phone with regards to orders.

This role requires a German speaker who can communicate with European customers and clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • To ensure all incoming orders are entered on to the in-house system.
  • All Administration must be carried out in a timely manner.
  • Carrying out all follow ups with order enquiries
  • Prepare and check paperwork for exporting.
  • Liaising with other departments with orders.
  • Raising quotations for new enquiries and sales.

Key skills:

  • Excellent Administrative and organisational skills
  • German speaking
  • IT literate
  • Good Communication skills
