Our client, a manufacturing business based in North Dorset, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their leadership team.
You would oversee one member of staff and report to a Financial Controller based at a different location and have responsibility for providing quality information and analysis of KPIs, cost reports, compliance with statutory requirements, ensuring internal controls are maintained, taking a lead in target setting and performance management to deliver set objectives, challenging and influencing local management and providing staff development as required.
You will need to be fully qualified (ACMA/ACCA) with hands on manufacturing experience. Knowledge of SAP an advantage but strong Excel is essential. 25 days holiday, on site parking, pension.
