Facilities Manager – Fordingbridge – Salary of circa £35,000
Our client, are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Manager to join their team. You will be managing the maintenance team, cleaning team, drivers and outsourced catering team. In addition, this role will include the Health and Safety and making sure the business is legally compliant.
Duties:

  • Supervise, manage and direct the overall performance of the estate team.
  • Management of maintenance, repairs and facilities care onsite including cleaning.
  • Plan major works on site, maintain work schedules and ensure quality control of works completed.
  • Ensure all matters of fire safety are appropriately resourced.
  • Security of site.
  • Budget management.
  • Contract management.
  • Project management.
  • Manage the outsourced catering contract.
  • Complete building and site team risk assessments as required.

Experience Required:

  • A qualification recognised within the Health and Safety arena, such as a current certificate in NEBOSH or similar.
  • Successful experience in a similar role.
  • Management experience.
  • IT Skills.
