Executive Assistant – Salary DOE – Bournemouth

Executive Assistant required to join our client, a dynamic, fast growing company based in the Bournemouth area. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating support to the company’s Chief Operating Officer and global business on a day to day basis. You will need previous experience of meeting deadlines and working with minimal supervision.

Duties:

  • Coordinating the board of directors and board advisory team.
  • Gain understanding of the business environment and have a commercial and global focus.
  • Developing project management skills to be able to coordinate projects proactively, with minimal senior input.
  • Attendance at meetings to participate in project teams as well as minute taking of actions as required.
  • Arrangement of meetings, travel and accommodation.
  • Screening calls, emails and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and managing appointments.
  • Carrying out research and presenting findings.
  • Producing reports, presentations and other documentation.
  • General secretarial duties (correspondence, office supplies, housekeeping, maintaining office systems, including data management and filing).
  • Effective interaction and cooperation with team members to support the business and help build relationships.
  • Expense management.
  • Act as an effective team member.
  • Maintaining confidentiality.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous EA/ PA experience – minimum 3 years at a senior level.
  • Proactive, focused, assertive and highly resourceful.
  • Able to prioritise, multi-task and have a high level of organisational ability.
  • Professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptable in a fast moving, pressured and changing environment.
  • Shows enthusiasm, creativity and drive.
  • Self-sufficient and curious.
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.

Hours and Holiday:

  • 9am -5:30pm, Monday -Friday.
  • 20 days Holiday.
