E-Commerce Director required to join our client, an innovative company based in Dorchester. Creating strategy, executing and delivering all online sales in sales and taking full ownership of the Online Team.
Ownership of all relevant performance marketing channels including SEO/SEA, email, social, including scaling them with innovative target-based marketing campaigns.
Shop management such as on-site conversion optimisation and customer experience.
Explore new digital channels to test, learn and qualify.
Customer-centric business intelligence and channel configuration to further automate marketing and tailor customer communication.
Work with the E-Commerce Manager ensuring the continuous development of the technical infrastructure.
Lead, coach and support a growing and dedicated Online Marketing Team.
Develop a vision of the strategic orientation with key stakeholders in mind for online sales.
Skills and Requirements:
Degree in a marketing or technology related subject.
5+ years professional experience of working in-house in marketing, sales and/or e-commerce with at least 3 years at managerial level.
Proven results in marketing related tasks such as branding, design, campaigns along with performance, attribution and CLV.
Data- driven and goal orientated decision making is essential.
Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams.
Analytical thinking with a good understanding of numbers and a structed working style to achieve success.
Very good knowledge of E-commerce software, skills using spreadsheets and manipulating/analysing data.
Experience of selling subscriptions desired but not essential.
