Digital Product Owner (Mobile App) – Bournemouth – £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Are you an experience Product Owner specialising in delivering digital products?

Seeking a new Digital role in the heart of Bournemouth where you will drive forward customer mobile apps, and working with the business to achieve a best in class product?

If so this could be your next role!

Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be responsible for the customer mobile app product and play an important role in driving its direction.

You will be a key member of the business and technology delivery teams, working alongside performance analysts, UX designers, product managers and technical delivery teams to ensure what is developed meets the required customer and business needs.

The role:

  • Responsible for continually enhancing the customer experience of the Member App
  • Work closely with the product scrum team to communicate the product feature priorities and delivery plans of the product roadmap
  • Break down and prioritise delivery of product features by developing and maintaining the product backlog, user stories, and cross product dependencies.
  • Lead sprint retrospectives and contribute to the ongoing team continuous improvement process.
  • Work with UX, design, performance and optimisation teams to drive improvements across key journeys delivered by the product
  • Provide technical input into the business cases that are produced by the Digital Product Manager and Business Owners

What experience you will bring:

  • Digital specialist with a proven track record working within in a digital role
  • Strong knowledge of digital industry and mobile/web product development
  • Experience building consumer quality digital products, and objectives through technology
  • Able to lead and facilitate meetings (e.g. lead scrum ceremonies and workshops to elicit requirements) with business and technical teams

You may have:

  • Experience of using work management tools such as Jira, Trello etc
  • Sitecore or other CMS experience to intermediate level
