Customer Service Representative – Salary DOE – Frimley

Friendly, outgoing and hardworking Customer Service Representative required to join our client; a well-established company based in Frimley. The suitable candidate will have strong experience of working in pressurised call centre environments providing first class customer service.

Duties:

  • Log all Service/Applications related calls.
  • Forward all logged Service/Application calls to the respective teams.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries forwarding them to relevant areas of the business.
  • Process dispatch and parts requests on the system and SAP also coordinating the delivery of parts.
  • Support Field Service teams by telephone and email.
  • Support Field Management with resource planning and activities.
  • Record all relevant attendances and absences.
  • Proactively confirm preventative maintenance arrangements with the customer prior to the visit.
  • Confirm and schedule planned customer visits.

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience of working in a call centre environment.
  • Strong multitasking and organisations skills.
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines in pressurised experience.
  • SAP and Siebel experience is advantageous.

Hours and Benefits:

  • 36.25 Hours per week working shifts of 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm.
