Customer Service Manager – Salary of £33,000 + Bonus – Poole
Customer Service Manager required to join our client, a prestigious company based in Poole. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performance service team to create a great experience for our direct business customers and partners through the connection process.
Day to day management of the Customer Service Team.
Manage and perform credit checks, upgrade eligibility checks, connections and customer post-sale support.
Provide industry leading Customer Service to our business customers and partners in a simple and effective manner.
Deliver a reactive inbound customer service function as efficiently as possible; prioritising issues and workloads whilst ensuring regular progress updates on any ongoing issues.
Ensure all direct customer contact is recorded promptly and accurately on the CRM system.
Establish working relationships with all network partners; ensuring that your team are experts in navigating network customer service teams and portals with appropriate escalation routes.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Experience of an operational/high level Customer Service role
People Management experience
Strong communication skills
Focus and attention to detail
Hours and Benefits:
Hours – Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm
