Customer Service Executive – Salary of £19,500 + Bonus – Poole
Customer Service Executive required to join our client, a prestigious company based in Poole. You will be responsible for supporting the Account Managers to increase sales, margin and profitability across key strategic customer relationships across the business. A key part of your role will be being responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all functions.
Work with Account Managers for all identified high opportunity customers.
Work with all functions including IT, commercial, marketing, retail, e-commerce, finance and customer services to document all processes used across strategic partner relationships.
Work to simplify, automate and improve all processes used across strategic partner relationships.
Deliver key activities from growth and project plans via all internal and external functions on time and on budget.
Work directly with key contacts within our strategic partners business to drive sales, margin and efficiency. Take part in regular trading meetings and other key routines.
Work with all sales channels to facilitate efficient processing of sales orders to ensure SLA’s are met and communication with our customers is strong.
Work with all functions and channels to ensure logistics needs are met within SLA and all customer service queries are resolved within SLA in the most efficient way possible.
Work with internal finance functions as well as our customers directly to ensure that credit and payment needs are met.
Support the company’s management team in growing the overall B2B business.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Proven ability to build working relationships with key stakeholders.
A good level of influencing and impacting engagement across various peer groups internally and externally.
A good level of knowledge of technology.
Strong customer service and administration skills.
Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
Ability to correctly identify and interact with the correct internal or external support function in order to find and deliver the best solution to a customer.
Willingness to implement change.
Background in B2B or Retail.
Hours and Benefits:
Hours- Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
