Customer Service Advisor – Temp – Bournemouth – £9.20 per hour
Our Client based in Bournemouth are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor.
This is a Customer Service role based in an office environment.
You will be the first point of contact for customers; delivering an exceptional customer experience. The main function of the role is to manage a nationwide customer and wholesaler base, across all retail service functions including, Billing, correspondence, complaints and multiple contact methods.
Main duties include:
Prepare high quality written correspondence and customer communications in an accurate, timely and appropriate manner in line with procedures.
Proactively case manage customer requirements and liaise with the relevant wholesaler, account manager or contract supplier owner to ensure effective and timely resolution is achieved each time for our customers.
Process customer payment and respond to payment and bill queries right first time.
To deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Be the first line of contact for inbound calls from wholesalers and respond to their requirements in line with the market code and customer requirements.
To build rapport and have the ability to adapt and respond to a number of varying queries from customers and colleagues.
Answer and resolve customer enquiries and complaints in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
Liaise with other departments to facilitate seamless customer management.
Data entry and systems interrogation using customer service database and customer handling software tools.
Maintain the customer relationship database in a timely and accurate manner to provide the highest quality data which allows customer insight to be derived.

The working hours are 38.5 hours per week and this is a long term temporary role with a view to going permanent.
