Customer Service Advisor – Salary up to £20,000 – Bournemouth
Customer Service Advisor required to join our client, a successful company based in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first class Customer Service to the company’s clients.
Serves as a point of contact for all customers, users and partners
Assists in the preparation of quotations for customers
Builds and enhances professional relationships with customers and partners
Provides ongoing support, follow-up and information to Sales team
Use subject matter knowledge to ensure incoming customer calls are answered correctly, products and services are sold effectively including upselling and cross selling of products.
Assist in the training and staying informed of competition and electronic trends, as well as providing technical support to customers.
Creates and maintains all direct and distributor customer accounts
Attend meetings and client review meetings, as needed
Handle training of end users, as required
Proven Customer Service experience of at least 2 years
High level of competence in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
Self organised and motivated
Knowledge of CRM systems
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
Must be comfortable demonstrating software platforms using various devices and platforms, e.g. iOS, Android and Windows
Strong listening skills
Good attention to detail
