Customer Service Advisor – Salary of £21,000 – Bournemouth

Customer Service Advisor required to join our client; a friendly company based in central Bournemouth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that will develop your career.

Duties:

  • Answer inbound queries providing outstanding customer service.
  • Upload all customer details onto the system.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and a knowledge of business process.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a customer service focused position.
  • Strong IT and system skills.

Hours and Benefits:

  • 9am – 6pm or 10am – 7pm with occasional Saturdays which at 9am-1pm.
  • Strong progression scheme.
  • Casual dress code.
