Customer Service Advisor – Salary of £18,500 – Southampton
Productive, friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor required to join our client; a well-established company based in Southampton. Providing technical support, solving customer queries and providing quality advise this role is the perfect opportunity to join a well-known company.
Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely manner.
Investigate customer problems, providing quality, accurate and factual solutions.
Find new ways to maximise time and resources.
Continually improve product knowledge and areas of specialisation.
Identify growing problems and bring these to the attention of Team Managers.
Promoting clear communications between the company and customers including support articles.
Ensure calls are handles according to the department requirements e.g. call times, hold times and wrap up times.
Skills and Requirements:
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Applications, experience of Mac and CRM systems would be advantageous.
Previous Customer Service or Technical Support required.
Strong communication skills.
Language skills: Polish, Dutch or French would be advantageous.
21 days holiday rising to 26 with service.
